“The PhD Program has established a monitoring system for processes and outcomes related to research activities, teaching, and third mission/social impact, as well as for gathering feedback from the PhD students. This includes the systematic collection and analysis of their opinions.”
PhD students feedback is collected through surveys specifically designed to capture their opinions and may be supplemented by additional tools if necessary. It is considered good practice to also collect the opinions of PhD graduates one year after completing their degree.
ANVUR has defined two questionnaires: the first is aimed at first- and second-year PhD students, while the second targets PhD graduates who have already obtained their degree.
The University has made the questionnaires available online. Each PhD student or graduate can access them through their reserved area in ESSE3 (via computer or the AppUnime smartphone application) to complete the online surveys. Completion of the surveys is mandatory and anonymous.
